Where personal information is provided to us,
EASYdocs maintains and uses that information solely
to process your order. You have the right to request us to
remove or correct information held by us about yourself.
EASYdocs will not release your personal data without your consent.
When you place an order for EASYdocs, we ask you for your email address, your
name, your postal address (optional), your company name
(optional), and your credit card information. We use
this information only to process your software order. We will not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that
purchase (such as our bank). We will use your return email address to confirm receipt of your
order, and to supply log-in details so you can complete your
order. If you select the option to receive other relevant
information from EASYdocs, we may email you from time to time
with product or service information.
What security procedures are in place to protect my information?
Internally, only EASYdocs directors have access to personally identifiable information.
The page on our web site where you enter your credit card
information is delivered to your browser through HTTPS, a secure server communications layer. You can check this encryption by checking for the key (Netscape) or lock (Internet Explorer) icon on your browser.
If your browser’s security feature has been turned on,
a pop up box will notify you when you enter a secure page. The url in your browser's address bar will also start with https://.
Encryption - When you send your credit card
details to us, they are protected by SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) Technology. SSL does not allow anyone to intercept and read
the information. When you send your information to us, SSL encrypts it (translates the data into a string of gibberish characters). Only we can decode the encryption.
What about cookies?
The EASYdocs website does not use cookies.
